Jhinga shimla mirch: smoked peppers infused tandoori king prawns, gorkha chutney

Makali fry: crisp fried squid with chillies and lime

Khasta murg: venison tikka pie, served with spiced cranberry compote

Murg tiranga: trio of chicken – lehsuni malai tikka, achari tikka, crispy chicken salad

Bhatti ka khargosh: grilled rabbit, cumin and coriander cherry chutney

Changeezi champein: fennel scented lamb chops skewered in the tandoor

MAINS (CHOOSE ANY ONE)

Kebab platter:  an assortment of lemon scented king prawns, salmon, lehsuni malai chicken tikka & lamb chops

Tandoori murg: char grilled poussin marinated with cinnamon and garam masala served with makhni sauce

Dakshin monkfish: pan-seared monkfish marinated with southern spices, served on a bed of spiced broccolini and andhra style tomato and tamarind sauce

Samudri khazana: pan-seared king prawns, sea-bass scallops & baby squid served in a mango & coconut sauce

Murg makhani: tandoori chicken supreme, creamed tomato and fenugreek sauce

Railway lamb curry:  a classic anglo-indian lamb curry served with lamb samosa and masala roast potatoes

Beef pepper fry-angus fillet steak grilled to perfection, served with adraki bhuna beef curry

Anokhi subzi: a melange of exotic garden fresh vegetables cooked   in a tangy onion & tomato sauce
