Bhatti ka khargosh: rabbit marinated with cumin & coriander, cherry chutney

Changeezi champein aur burra: fennel scented lamb chops & lamb burra kebab skewered in the tandoor

Kebab platter:  an assortment of lemon scented king prawns, hariyalli stonebass, lehsuni malai chicken tikka & lamb chops

Tandoori murg: char grilled chicken breast marinated with cinnamon and garam masala served with makhni sauce

Samudri khazana: pan-seared king prawns,sea-bass & baby squid served in a tangy tomato-onion sauce with peppers

Murg makhani: tandoori chicken tikka supreme cooked in a creamed tomato and fenugreek sauce

Lamb nihari:  a classic north-indian neck of lamb cooked in an aromatic nihari sauce

Golmirch gosht: slow cooked leg of kid goat cooked with crushed peppercorns

Shahi malai kofta: spiced kale dumplings stuffed with cottage cheese and served in a tangy saffron & tomato sauce

Malabar vegetable curry: a melange of exotic seasonal vegetables cooked with malabar sauce – a coastal delicacy
